Toddlers love activities that can get them using their five

touch. Simply get a small bin and fill
it with water(WARNING CHOKING HAZARD), sand, colored rice, colored pasta, cotton
balls or beans, the list is endless. Then put in a few play shovels and spoons along
with some plastic cups. Now let your child enjoy playing with the items. But
also be on the lookout for choking.

Most, if not all, toddlers adore music. Even more intriguing
to them is when you join them in singing and dancing. Start up an activity song
they love and sing along with them. This is the time to shake your sillies out.

they will have fun too. Toddlers learn better with corresponding actions.

out loud. So grab a beloved book, get a comfortable space and read away. Make
sure you get into the characters of the book. Squeak like a mouse, roar like a
lion and howl like the wind. Then get your child to mimic the sounds you are
making. You can also ask them questions as you narrate the story.
